The SafetyNet CAD PBX Interface includes a logging feature which records all call event information call arrival, call pick-up, call hang-up, transfers and holds.
Hitech has implemented telephony interfaces to Avaya (formerly Lucent) Definity, Nortel Meridien, Matra (CSTA) and NEC NEAX PBXs, all using the TCP/IP protocol. The SafetyNet CAD PBX Interface can be used in addition to the SafetyNet E-911 Interface to log information from non-emergency calls.
